Customer case
A leading medical OEM faced the challenge of launching a new precision instrument. Deadlines were approaching, but the integration of sensors, drives, and system software proved complex. At the same time, the organization struggled with a shortage of specialized engineers, putting the project at risk of delays.
Together with the customer’s engineers, Techwell developed an integrated sensor-motor module that fit seamlessly into the existing system. Co-creation accelerated technical integration, while we also managed the entire supply chain. The result: time-to-market was shortened by three months, and the customer’s engineers stayed focused on the core of their R&D work.

To better support customers in Asia, Techwell is now also active in Southeast Asia. This expansion responds to the shifting dynamics in the semiconductor industry, where more and more OEMs relocate part of their production to Southeast Asia, while R&D and engineering remain in Europe.
